There is no tool for On page SEO. Noone will clearly have a picture of search engines algorithms. If there are tools then all the websites will be in first page of SERP. But there are few methods to be followed for on-page opti'. Analyse those.. like keyword analyzer, keyword rank checking, key phrases etc.

There is no option to determine on page optimization, it depends on your knowledge and powerful word building for your website.

Use traffic travis, its free and gives you a very good description of your current on page optimization and suggestions for improvement. There is competitor analysis as well there so you can get an idea how the top ranking sites for a given kewyword have optimized there site.

Onpage optimization really depends on the one who optimized the pages. You can check the link and url architecture, target keywords, keyword frequency, keyword prominence and more:

so I guess you need to ask your SEO rather instead.

Website Grader is the best tool if you want.
I personally prefer to check google seo guidelines and check it manually.

    Hi there,
I don't think there is any tool for ON page optimization, but you can check coding by just right clicking on web page and go to the view source.

OnSite SEO probably takes a couple hours to really go over, there's no need for tools to do it. Off Site SEO is where you need to worry and set everything up to gain more traffic to your site/blog.
