    Hi guys/girls,

I need help with my website thumbnail. I do not have a clue how to do it or what do I need to do. Is there a program that can make a thumbnail according to my needs or do I have to create a file and place it inside of my website root file???

If you know someone who can do it for me let me know for how much.

PS: I am just a normal guy so there are no millions available haha.

    Thanks all comments are welcome.

The way that I normally make thumbnails is to take the image that I want to make a thumbnail of (resize), open it in paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) and then to resize the image to the size that I want it to be.

Thank you guys for your suggestions. I have tried them almost all. Now once I have the thumbnail do I have to store it in the root of my website directories or not?

One more thing, how can I lower the resolution of the thumbnail???
