    1. There should be two rel='nofollow' bits of code in your template. Just delete them both, preview the template (to give yourself piece of mind), then save the changes. Remember to expand all the widgets when you look at your blog's HTML. It will not change the appearance or functionality of your blog in any way.

    2. Correct, it will.

    3. Do follow blogs are attractive to commenters because they allow them to get a free do follow backlink. That will help them with their search engine ranking and PR.

Go to blogger dashboard then navigate to LAYOUT and EDIT HTML subtab..

there put a check on expand template widgets , then search for the rel='nofollow' by pressing ctrl+F in keyboard.
In that replace nofollow to follow.

    that's it :)

Thanks for the tips here guys, I've been looking forever trying to figure out how to remove the nofollow tag (why would Wordpress even start with NoFollow?!) Either way, thanks!

I find that running your blogs as DoFollow allows for more comments, more traffic, and more of an active community. Great and simple steps to follow, so it's really useful to have these resources available to bloggers

Do a search and you can find a do follow plugin to upload and activate. Simple as that :)
