    Wish you Merry Christmas and Happy Mew Year 2010.

    For last few days one question is coming in my mind very frequently: "Setting up a Sales Targets For Your Affiliates, Is it good for an affiliate program? How effective is it?

    I know most of the affiliate marketers don't like to have a monthly target.

    Please share your knowledge and experience on this matter.

    Such target work well for bad motivated people. If you like your job and know that you will make your best you don't need targets. You simply like to work on 110% and are happy when the results come :)

    If you give them an incentive such as a cash reward then that would probably be very effective in getting your affiliates to improve their performance.
