    hi friends
    i come to know from one article that, the high PR site is banned by search engine if his webmaster sell its link for link exchange is it true??? if yes than there are lots of site we can find around us which provides links on some amount. even though that site can easily get rank in search engine and not banned why????

    no it is not true. If SE think you are selling link, the will devalue the link. no harm will be made to seller or buyer's site
