    Selling off two gems for the New Year in my continuing process of trying to focus on a smaller collection of sites:

    Both sites are on Wordpress.

    Colon Cleanse .org site - Ranks on Google Page 1 for very competitive keywords (see site name). It did do google dance for couple of weeks at end of site's 1st month, has now been page 1 for over 6 months.
    - Currently lists as #4 on page 1.
    - I'm not focusing on cpa...which has been a problem when cpa network pulls offer off network and I"m not aware for a while. It did make a few sales with 1st offer (not same product listed), and this 2nd offer I listed was pulled or expired again. Maybe just needs a better cpa network...or someone more active in CPA or has their own product.
    - Adsense is NEW, just a few clicks so far. Nothing to write home about.
    - Content is 100% unique
    - site could use some cleaning up, hence the price.
    - domain expires 5/6/2010 @ namecheap - stats, as of last week Buyer will be provided with list of keywords bringing visitors in.

    Short, brandable .COM Cosmetic, Skin Care and Women site
    - besides banners, haven't tried to monetize at all.
    - domain expires 5/29/2010 @ Fabulous, regged in '08 - Content is a mix of high-quality articles selected and edited by me that include writer's link. This is not scraped or crappy plr. Also, includes unique content created with trends in mind, specifically for site.
    - traffic stats as of last week, keywords bringing visitors (buyer only will receive complete list)
