    You can not get the "cheapest price" for 50 domains only. You can get something like $9/year per domain.

    Maybe godaddy is your best choice... But they only accept credit card. If this is a problem for you, you might ue namecheap.com, as they accept paypal balance as payment methid.

    moniker.com is $8.02 per domain and I also think they are running a promotion through the end of the year that is lower than that on new registrations.

    godaddy,name or enom and etc... I think you have many choices for these are all biggest domain registrars in the world.
    It seems godaddy have higher discounts on bulk registration.So ask them for more details.

    ( the price for 50 .com domains as shown in Godaddy 6.95 $ + 0.18 ICANN fee )
