If you are not banned in Google AdWords, then I suggest both.

BUT, I have bad experience in the past with Yahoo Search Marketing's content bid. I have also read in several blogs that people have bad experience with the content bid also. The quality is not great at all.

Whatever you do, set the spending limit to a very small amount when you first start off. You don't want to end up spending thousands of dollars on PPC by accident. Test it out first.

Google Adwords is great, as well as Yahoo Search Marketing.

People are going to argue one are the other, and its just that. In my own personal experience Yahoo seems to convert more than Adwords, however, it is a little bit more costly.

Google Adwords is great because it receives billions, upon billions of impressions a day.

The choice is yours really, go with what makes you comfortable and works at the same time.

depends on how competitive your' business is - which is why having both accounts is better.

You're question is kind of broad, and therefore, the answer will vary with your' specific circumstance

I definitely recommend you turn off content - at least initially on both Google and Yahoo.

Google's content network has really gotten better in the past year, and I intend to milk more out of it in the coming months.

    Yahoo's content network is so/so.

If you are just starting, keep it all off.

FYI, come mid-January, and they are allowing you to segregate yahoo.com and yahoo search partners into seperate campaigns - which will make it a heck of a lot easier to monetize yahoo (I'm so excited!).
