    Ah, a fellow business follower ;)

    I've never used linkassistant before, but I'd say the USPs of my software are:

    * The low price (I know price is a poor USP)
    * Unlimited and free future upgrades (Not sure if linkassistant does this?)
    * The casual attitude towards comment and feedback - In other words, not opensource as such, but I will implement almost all suggestions - afterall, the customers are those who need satisfying.

    Is linkassistant PHP based or an executable? I suppose the ease of installation due the software being a single PHP script is another USP.

    LinkAssistant can be found at link-assistant.com

    I dont know about what backend it uses but you can download a free copy. They have a promo where if you place their link on 3 PR5 pages you can get the full version for free as well.

    I am using it for the last one month and I am very impressed with the automation level. I want to try other Link exchange software as well and would love to try your demo. It would be a good thing if you could post a link to the demo here so everyone who is interested can try it out.
