hey, when i checked your page that you didn't optimize content or you wrong optimized your content. Make bold your main keyword instead of your subsidiary keyword. i mean to say that your main keyword event planner and you made bold event management this is not perfect. and one more thing about your url, it's not perfect as search engine norms. if you want to optimize your web page asap, go with url rewriting.
for search engine opt you need two things: first make the page full with the main keywords to make the density higher for these words. second you will need to build backlinks on articles directories and web directories with the anchor text having these words that you want the page is optimized with.
You need to make keyword main one then make some other ones that use same term but are long keyword phrases. This way you have more density and more terms to be listed for.
