Clickbank and several CPA programs like Neverblue, in my opinion. Plimus is also good. It really depends whether a program has products in demand. Never done extremely well with paydotcom.
As a suggestion, check out CPA (cost per action/acquisition) affiliate marketing. Some companies will pay you for a simple lead whether it makes a sale or not. Clickbooth is good.

There are a few good reputable CPA networks. Quite a bite actually. Take the time to sign up for a few, talk to the affiliate managers, browse around to see which offers pique your interest, test a few, but do some research along the way along with split testing. The average online marketer utilizes roughly between 5-10 CPA networks at a time, preferably to scrutinize different campaign offers, compare offer payouts, and establish multiple streams of income to eliminate putting all eggs in one basket.
Personally I would choose to work with an affiliate network or CPA Network. I have had good success with these. ShareASale has been one of the best I have worked with amongst some others.
