Help...How many sites (100) for 1 adsense acct? or 5 accts of 20 each?

I admit, I am paranoid about my 100 sites and having them all on one Adsense acct. Yes, I know people say don't do anything wrong and you will be fine but I am spending 1 year and alot of money and time creating these sites.

I can't risk having them banned for reasons beyond my control. SHould I create 5 different accts of 20 sites each? or...1 acct of 100?

I have 5 separate companies including myself personally with different addresses I can have the payments sent to.

Thoughts please from professionals... you will be helping others too.

You are only allowed one account according to the TOS. If your worried about getting banned dont create more accounts because you can get banned by doing so.

It's better to maintain only one site with adsense so that you can focus on it to promote. For now, you are dividing your time to handle each site which is not good. Just focus to one site.

Can I get a better response please. One Site? Who has one site?

How many sites, per acct please? Some people say 20, others say 100, what is a good rule of thumb?

one billion sites to one account.
    your only allowed one account.

if the "companies" have tax ids that have to be separate, contact google to get permission for more then one account.

Set up corps or seperate tax ids then you can have more than 1 Adsense account. Why do you feel nervious about having 1 account for all your sites? If your operating legit then you should have nothing to worry about.

@Up - The guy has a point. If someone would really want to get your Adsense account banned, it can be done pretty easily, unfortunately.

However, if you want to go beyond the rules, you will have to be careful..

    Bad advice.

if you have that many sites, then it is better to split them into few sets of sites and assign them to company account. usually people have one individual account and one company account but if you are running 100 sites and have 5 companies, then you can evenly split them.

it is a very good idea to split 100 sites, better play safe then being sorry later

Excellent, thank you for the intelligent responses. Focus on 1 site....? That would be like telling Walmart to have 1 store and focus on it? hahaha.

It is possible to have 5 accts with 20 sites on each. You can have different businesses and get DBA (doing business as) which legally allows you to deposit checks into one acct. For example. "widgets inc" is 1. "widgets monday" is a DBA. This payment can be sent to a different address and still fits within Googles' guidelines.

The only question I have is "how many sites per acct" anybody here have 100+ sites? What is your experience?
