    yes, try not to used high quality images for it slows down the loading of your sites and

    for not every user have the same speed and specs of computer that you are using :)

    use proper meta title and meta descriptions... it will certainly help you in SEO. along with tht concentrate on keywords while writing post. It's an important thing to get into first page in Google.
