Review domain names - Wii related

I'm setting up a site where a new Wii video clip is posted each day so which domain do you think is best for this:

nintendotrailers.com
wiireviewforyou.com
wiigamesource.com
yourgamevideos.com

First three will get you in trouble. Don't bother developing them. All of them have trademarks. There have been cases where domain owner was fined heavily for that.

 

Yeah I did think about this however aren't there a lot wii blogs such as:

Yes there are, but they are trying their luck. Most won't be caught. But let's say your website starts to attract a lot of traffic or one of the persons in Nintendo decides to start shooting domains with their trademarks. Your handwork is gone in minutes.

Your web host and registrar won't hesitate to delete everything in minutes, if they get a notice from Nintendo.

You can still go ahead with your project. Probably you won't ever be disturbed.

 

Thanks for your advice I don't really want to take that risk I guess the bottom one is the best then If you can find a better domain I have a contest open so you can post there.

 

I don't think you should worry about legal issues. Just a quick search in Google will return thousands of sites using trademarked names in their URL.. Apple, PS3, Ford, Nike, Google. How many sites out there have the word Google in the URL?
