Help needed creating php websites

I found some website php files on my hard drive. They are 85 niche sites, but I am not sure of how to create the sites using the following instructions.

I've added them to my website as per instruction, but when it comes to 3. domain url followed by cgi-bin/setpermissions.sh it stops working for me, and I'm getting a 404 error message. This is before I can access the Admin panel.

    Here are the instructions:

And here is a video to show the files I want to work with.

(Apologies for references to "Warriors" - I'm beating my head against a wall trying to get answers :()

But if anyone can help me with getting this right it would be much appreciated.

I use Hostgator for hosting. How would I know if it's Linux or Windows. I always presumed it was Windows??

    Thank You

Each individual website directory eg Koi I uploaded to the root directory.

Then I changed the cgi-bin to 755 as instructed. I then typed in the url of the website followed by /cgi-bin/setpermissions.sh and I got a 404 error page.

Did I upload the files incorrectly? Because even though they came in three individual zip files, I thought that for them to be created I had to upload all 85 individually, and then create the admin panel to create the sites??

Thanks to all. I will consider going to the script-store if that is the right option for me??

view the source to the files and find:
and replace it with the link of your website (i.e. www.google.com if your website was Google).

then when you acccess the script, it will give you instructions to setup username/password (walk-through I guess).

That make sense, but I'm looking through the files where to edit the url so that I can access the admin panel and can't find which one it is as yet. I've looked in the config.php and others but no joy.

It's a good call though, so I'll keep looking.

I can access the control panel, but I can't get the articles to show on any pages. I have a few articles in the directories, but they don't show even when the link says they are on the page.

Any body had these 85 mini sites themselves?

    Thanks

    Brian
