How to bring traffic to video site ? I have done bookmarking, Article Submission,Directory submission, These are effecting but not up to my expectations....Pls help!!!!!!

Still you are not working in lots of SEO channels, video submission sites would be very useful for your site because it is related to that, also try ppt submission by converting your video to ppt. There are too many video submissions site such as flicr, metacafe having very good PR so try on these sites.
