    If you're into doing CPA stuff, you might want to check out OfferVault.com

    They have a TON of company listings, but you may not qualify for all of them.

    A lot of them pay $20 or more for click-thrus, etc.

    A few people have told me that MarketHealth has serious tracking issues. I used MarketHealth for a brief period and I too feel the same.

    I think MoreNiche is more reliable.

    Tracking issue with markethealth? I thought only clickbank has tracking issues,personally i have been using markethealth from 2 years and get decent conversions,i will see if i can track sales by promoting products via adwords.

    I would check out http://www.prosperent.com. They give you code to place on your page that automatically determines the best affiliate products to display for that particular visitor. You get paid the commission as well instead of a few cents per click like the other ad networks. They have over 10 million products with many in the niche you are targeting here.     Competion is healthy and shows demand of niche in market.Yes,people do but products,most of my sites are related to product names and get decent traffic everyday.

    Ya there are many good affiliate programs related to health and beauty segment and for sure paypal payment is one of the most used payment method by most of them...

    Secondly I have also heard from people about tracking problem with markethealth.

    You can of course look out for directories like globalaffiliateprograms.co.uk or affiliateprogramdirectory.com/Health_and_Beauty/ and check out their health and beauty segments. Some more directories are like affiliatescout, associateprograms, etc.
