    No, that is not a clone at all. That is an older, dated website.

    The website for sale, TerminalReport.com, is totally new built entirely from the ground up!

    As far as copyright, there is no issues because the platform links out to the news data. If it copied the entire article, then yes there would be an issue. In all actuality, the various websites like it because the site drives additional traffic to their site. So nothing to worry about!
