The PR9/7 link will be up until June/July of next year.

All other links are there to stay, unless the new owner changes something.

Are the PR7 & 9 paid links and if yes, can they be paid to continue?

You lost me, too many inconsistencies.....I would suggest that anyone willing to fork out 2/3k for this site thats only a month old do your homework.

    You said,
Then when pulled up about it you said,
Now from looking at the stats I would think it's a lot more than one or two bulletins that have been sent out...bulletin traffic is against the Adsense TOS so the site could end up with an Adsense ban.

The high PR9 and PR7 links are pages that have a nofollow tag so no PR will be passed on. You conveniently forgot to mention that.
Considering Google doesn't recognise any links a PR boost in the near future is unlikely.

    You set a BIN
You set a BIN then raised it. This is no way to handle an auction, you set a BIN and should stick to it

I pointed out that the site has an average Alexa rank for the traffic it receives so you answer that with,
At the current BIN price of 3k thats ~ 12 months earnings for a site a month old, I can tell you from experience from owning 4 of these sites that unless you keep promoting them the unique traffic does die off and the Adsense revenue declines. You receive a lot of repeat traffic but they come back for the free stuff, layouts etc, and don't click on Adsense ads.

    Let the buyer beware.

You lost me as well. I was doing a bit of digging and it seems you sold a site and then got a higher offer - turned around and sold to that person isntead.

Very shady business practices here... Very shady indeed.

Hi Cyclops, how do you come to the conlcusion that the PR9/7 are pages that have a nofollow tag? I do not see the nofollow tag attached to the link.

I think he was speaking to the W3C consortium using the nofollow tag when they link to other websites.

They are an independent body and I do not believe donating to them is grounds for them to build a link to your site....

If that were the case, everyone and their brother would donate and make the W3C the next spam site....

    Not going to happen.....

I have been nothing but honest when answering questions regarding this sale. If you own any MySpace site you would know that the amount of traffic FROM MySpace is always going to be at the top of the list. This is due to the fact that whenever a graphic (let it be icon, contact table, glitter word, etc .. etc ...) is displayed it produces a hit.

You've been DOING SOOOO MUCH DIGGING you would know that when a bulletin is posted it is posted at: bulletin.myspace.com/blahblah...... look at the referrals I posted back on page one... YOU TELL ME how many hits came from bulletin.myspace.com ...... Because if I've been sending out sooo many bulletins it would show up.... as I said maybe ONE or TWO; that's the whole reason why I sold the MySpace accounts because I WAS NOT using them....

I did not notice the nofollow tag on the w3c pages until it was pointed out to me yesterday. When I decided to "donate" a nice chunk lump-sum I did scan the pages code and did not notice it, that is why I proceeded to go with "donating" to w3c. But like I said those aren't the only incoming links, they were just some of the nicer ones.

So far this month from revenue I have US$279, so please lets do the math... 279/25 = 11.16 ... that is an avg of $11.16/day we still have almost all day today (it is currently 8:30a) and 6 more days after today... lets say at an avg of $11 .... that is still $279+77 = $356 ... Now ... 350 * 8 = 2800 ...
or 350*9 = 3150 ... so that to me is 8 or 9 months. When I was doing the math I didn't predict the total monthly outcome I was predicting it based on a round figure of ~ $300 ....

You own 4 MSRS ...... must not be all that bad ....

Please don't try to knock my sale or thread. Ive been only the outmost upfront and honest with all the questions asked and responded to the best of my knowledge ....

you know what, auction is not mainly focus on death line. Interval between bid matters. No bid for 24 hour, last call, here's the winner.
