    Nice site, you might want to add a some colour at the sides as white is boring. Make it eye catching, remember to keep it updated all the time, apart from that looks good! :)

    you need to make the posts more interactive. leverage off social media - encourage people to share the content. use either the tweetmeme plugin and have the little icon sitting at the top of the post and tweet about it yourself - it will encourage others to share it also. It's all traffic :)
