I wonder if spending money through Pay per Click advertising campaigns really work and bring sales?
If yes, what are the best options (Pay per Click providers)?
    Thanks!

To answer your first question: Yes, PPC most definitely does increase sales for websites IF the campaign is done right. It also, of course, depends on the site and the products.

The only way to really know for your own site is to try setting up a PPC campaign and seeing what your conversion rate is. If you end up making a profit, great. If not, then either change your campaign (target market, keywords, etc) or drop it and work on Search Engine Optimization.

If you are starting off in PPC for the first time, I would recommend Google Adwords. Its the easiest to work with and has the widest variety of audiences.

Of course it does work. But you'd better spend more energy on it.Learn the things which should be paid more attention and then you will naturally benefit from it.PPC can bring you more traffic, while it does not mean that traffic is order. So how to change it to order? That's the thing you should work on.

I agree PPC is a great way to advertise but i think you should do a bit more homework on it first. In IM you should test everything you do and have a back up plan to change it if you find it is not working, good luck.

Google also offer PPC ads through adsense. So they are good.
Now a days all sites offers PPC ads and only few offers CPM ads.
    PPC rocks.

    Hi

PPC does work, however I would recommend fully learning about it before doing it as you could end up spending far to much money.

I would recommend reading as much as you can about it, create a site or landing page and then create your ads.

As you learn about PPC you will want to split test different keywords, different ads and also send people to different landing pages.

This might take a good couple of months for you to find a winning combination, but when done right people can earn thousands.

Best thing to do is Learn, Learn and then Learn a bit more before putting it into action.

Well the most important factors to consider when using PPC are:

    - Advertiser competition

    - Keyword search popularity

If the search words you're going to use for your campaign don't reel enough monthly searches, you won't be able to profit from PPC. If there's too much competition for any given word, chances are your price per click will be too high to make a substantial profit.

However, you can spy on the top advertisers to see what they're doing to afford so much for advertising and then make arrangements to your website...

I stopped using Adwords last year, after using it for about 5 years. Once I started to get good conversion statistics from my server logs, I could see that it came nowhere close to paying off. Other companies bid keywords way too high, and the quality of traffic is just not that good.

Yeah it's good but not easy. I would advice PPC coach but it's not free. PPC is a great way of getting traffic though.

I use 7 search, and it is great for bringing visitors to my list. It wasn't a lot of visitors, but I finally had opt-ins.

Adwords I still haven't been able to master.

especially if you're a total newbie, simply because if you jump right in expecting to win but opposite, you'll say it doesn't work. PPC works. Buy one good course about it and do what it says. Buying many courses will throw you around and get confused. :D

I think Courses for Pay Per Click are a waste of money. It doesnt take much to learn how to work PPC.

Start small and you will get used to things..

I believe that You CANT put a price on EXPERIENCE... You might as well start now. ( its very simple  )

Well... Considering targeted keyword research, how to track and read conversion rates, tweaking ads, tweaking landing page, landing page optimization, scaling your campaign to maximum profits, and whole lot more if you know what I mean.

I think I'll lose a lot of money without learning the basics. Why take the chances to lose few hundred bucks instead of $47 and why not take the short cuts from someone's success?

Pay Per Click advertising gives you the chance to connect with the online customer market. You create a simple online ad that highlights your products/services. One Pay Per Click purchase usually gets you into an entire network of online yellow pages and local business search sites—you gain immediate access to millions of potential customers.
