    I try to updated every day. But I am now averaging around 5 posts in a week. It is a great goal to try to post every single day.

    As a tip for you try to keep your blog post interval constant, so that returning visitors now what to expect.

    I would recommend updating the blog at least a few times a week. Don't push for a specific number, as your content may suffer. If you are making yourself post once a day the content may take a dive, which will deter readers.

    Frequency of blog update should be regular. It doesn't matter if you update once or 5 times a week, but just try to be consistent, so that everyone including humans and search engines will feel that the site is lively

    I think it is good to add at least 3 or 4 blog post or postings a day. The length all depends on your thoughts.. However, during a busy day at least try to get in two..

    Try to post in at least one post a day. For a relatively new blog this can be 2 to 3 times a day put don't try to overpost as it may have a negative effect.
