hi! am a newbie, i just register my own domain, now i need help in three things>>
    1. choosing the best web host.
    2. setup a theme for my website(need script premium or free).
    3. setup a forum for my website(need script premium or free).

is it possible to have a website theme along with forum?

info: a guitar tutorial website which will have chords, scales directory, some tutorial lessons and a forum where people can request tabs for particular song.

Since the domain is new, there are no pre-existing requirements for choosing your web host. IMO I would just test various hosts support of particular ones you might be interested in, and make your choice accordingly.

A good host will usually offer cpanel (very powerful admin panel that's easy to use for newbies), and offer a service like fantastico that will automatically install a forum software for you.

However, i'd recommend something like mybb for a good free forum software, to which themes and templates can be found on their site http://www.mybboard.net/

As for a host, the popular choice is hostgator. However, in the BST here, there are numerous other hosts

I agree with Grit on the web hosting... HostGator is a very good choice, highly reputable and their support is great. I've been with them for 3 years now.

Forum software.... vBulletin, IPB, SMF or mybb

    Good Luck!! :)

I can advice you this site
    http://www.websitetemplates.bz
Here is the big choise of templates. This company also can provide you with the forum, where people could exchange some information.
Their service is quite cheap. Good luck!

I'd get a regular webhost, checkout a free theme and install wordpress.

If you want an easy solution to integrated a theme with a forum, I would check out Joomla!. Joomla! is a cms so it will let you easily install a theme and have a forum with that same theme and much more stuff, like articles, image galleries ect.

And if you want some nice premium templates I would check out Rocket Theme.

    Hope that helps. :)

If your site is just going to be a forum and a few pages, you can always use phpBB with a few custom pages or static HTML pages.
