    You stand to gain more by giving... You as an mentor/blogger or a business owner, has a lot to gain by giving away a free product or a sample to your regular visitors. You give your visitors the sense of appreciation. Trust me, they will really appreciate your gesture.

    What do you think of this?

    Well,I think customer service matters.But it only can determine your old customers come back again.As to the potential ones,I think the content of your service or business care.With only admiration,it's not enough.You can think that how can you make others willing to pay their billings?The answer is they feel it's worthy.
