    Not in adwords because you would paying a very high amount for clicks as content is not under your control. You can advertise elsewhere from where you expect genuine traffic and can even link from your signature here at DP

    You are not allowed to drive traffic to Adsense for domains (link to them etc) unlike Adsense on a website with content.
