    I think you can not do that. If you are having a registered company then what? They might have got it earlier. I do not think that you can get it back.

    is that domain is 3 letter domain ? if it is 3 letter domains then there is nothing wrong with that registration. u can check sun.co.in is with sun software and sun.in is with a tv channel.

    I think here is the case of using the domain by the company itself, in referred case the domain is not used by any one and domain register man is from US.

    Ya, you are right and I also think so. Many people do only the buying and selling of domains, it is having some handsome income but a lot of risk involved :rolleyes:
