    Can any one suggest me here where is the best place or any best article where i can learn PHP. Because i want to develop my own forum website and i want the looks of that site very different and attractive ....

    The book by Larry Ullman is good. If you don't want to spend money just yet, I suggest you start with these tutorials -> http://devzone.zend.com/node/view/id/625
    Then also look into Youtube, there are many good tutorials there.

    First of all, I would suggest you to read through some good PHP/MySQL book and then start working on your ideas. Also I would suggest you to join a community of helpful PHP developers over at PHPForums.org to get help with your everyday tasks. The community is small one at the moment, but helpful and friendly one.
