    You just wrote out the perfect formula for disaster when it comes to web hosting. You aren't likely to find stability, reliability, or quality in a host that oversells like that with 1 time payments. At most you'll have someone that'll run with your money in a few months and you'll be at a loss. I'd recommend you revise everything otherwise regret will come your way.

    Agreed... Requests like these should really be addressed in the rules. Making ridiculous requests should be an infractable offense.

    I need the world and would like to pay next to nothing for it. You should be the best, and should give me everything and anything I want, and I should only have to pay a pittance ONCE for it.

    He's right, you make a request like this and all you are going to get at the scammers, fly by nighters, or the idiots who just do not know any better.

    You'd be better off hosting this on your own home computer on a dsl/cable connection yourself.
