Google AdWords Alternative?

Discussion in 'Pay Per Click Advertising' started by calum, Feb 15, 2008.

    Hello.

I am looking for an alternative to Google AdWords (not Yahoo or MSN).

I am looking for something that accepts PayPal, has good fraud protection and the ads are targetted to keywords.

    Thanks
    Calum

Adbrite still offers keyword targeting, but advertising got a little more expensive after they united with CPX -.-

Yeah I had a look at Adbrite, but they don't take payment through PayPal.

    Thanks

    see sig, "Text-Link-Ads"...

*if you want to get $100 in free traffic, you need to enter the code “starter kit” in the coupon field at checkout. The minimum order total to take advantage of this offer is $125.00.

BrockLanders, sorry TLA is bad, it can kill your site's rankings and PR and I am looking for PPC ads, not TLA. Thanks anyway.

johnatkins thanks, but I have tried AdBrite and they only take payments through Credit Card or something, not PayPal.

    Ok thanks, left rep.

Is bidvertiser good for keyword targetting and what is their average CPC? I hope they aren't as expensive as AdWords.

No, I can't o for AdBrite because they don't take PayPal, only credit card. If I could pay by credit card then I would use AdWords :)

Yeah, Yahoo Publishing Network or something, but they don't take PayPal.

The problem is all the big ones like Google, Yahoo, MSN AdCenter and AdBrite don't take PayPal.

I have had terrible luck with Adbrite. I have been having good luck with pay per view traffic. I am getting real conversions and sales. It has not made money for me in every niche but it has always delivered real viewers based on my keywords. It is costing me about 1 cents per click. The network I deal with has over 5 million unique users. I did a video about it on my blog. Just type in"The Real Screw Google System PPV Traffic" in Google and you will find it. The only downside to pay per view traffic I can see is local targeting. If you want just traffic from Tulsa Oklahoma there simply are not enough users out there to generate enough hits. It works better for a bit more general campaigns. You can target by countries though.
