Hi folks, I have a site and have finished on page optimization before 8 months also created site map. I am not getting good traffic. Now i am planning to change meta title, description of home page. Will it affect my site? After changing meta datas, Do i need to generate site map again and submit on search engines? Please unveil your thoughts here... Thanks in Advance.

Find a good keywords that has a lots of traffic and put it in your title tag..make sure that you make a good keyword research...
first i will see your website and than give u good review check your mata tags is good or not and Don't use more keywords is Mata tags
you can also work on title tags. use some appropriate titles with targeted keywords and then again create and submit sitemap in Google and other search engines
first u need to check your current keyword rank which came based on current title, meta tag, if not work then u find out some high competitive keyword and rebuild meta tag, sitemap is different thing and no need to build it again.
1. First make sure you are targeting the right keywords 2. See, if those keywords are already rankings somewhere under Google 100, if yes then don't change very much in your metas and on page 3. While doing on page optimization, consider the most possible guidelines of Google like idea keywords density, proximity, metas, headers and ofcourse header tags. 4. Yes update your XML sitemap and ROR updation is also necessary as it covers website metas in itself. Cheers!!!
