    Well it's an article submission, so it has to be an article otherwise it will be discarded.

    You get to put a link during submission, and also you can add a comment with a backlink to your website (comment links are dofollow). You can see an example here publish-articles.com/travel/how-to-save-money-while-touring-europe/

    it's dofollow. the main url you enter is nofollow to prevent automatic spam, but after that i approve all comments for published articles that have the author url. think of the comment as an author bio box.
