I Think its random .. or maybe based on some kind of ip checking but its tough to avoid it.. they have done to beat spam i guess so its better u use some other service for creating many emails
Its based on IP... Just reconnect your internet after disconnecting if you are in a dynamic Ip and I'm sure that will help....
well, do you apply for google wave before sign up a gmail? your browser must not have cookie of google wave.... you might have to delete cookie first.. or try different browser to sign up gmail... google will let you apply gmail without SMS verification..
Actually to create email account with gmail, you have to delete all temp file by typing %temp% in RUN for windows. After that its possible to create email account with gmail.
Actually i use to create more gmail ids for my jobs.... So i too got faced this trouble, but fortunately i have more than 10 mobile numbers sim, so i use one by one after the maximum number of signups filled over for a number, i have utilized 3 mobile numbers completely, still i have 7 and many friends can help me if i ran out of mobile numbers, okay let me say you a way, actually when i use firefox to signup , it is asking me for sms verification, but when i IE8 , no sms verification is requested.
