Will Google caffeine make a difference to my search rankings?

I've been reading a bit about the possible impact of google caffeine and the effect it
might have on our rankings for several of our websites - is there anything I can do
to minimise the risk with this change - will it matter - can we do anything??

What do you guys think....?

 

It could .. its not compulsary its going to affect everyone but all i can say rite now is wait n watch

 

According to the current (premature) version of Caffeine, it's been noted that the rankings of a lot of sites have indeed changed. It's important to keep in mind, though, that Google is still working on improving Caffeine and it's likely that the ranking system changes more over the coming weeks/months.

The good news is that general SEO factors will always be there - they will most probably just be accompanied by some new factors. In conclusion, keep building quality banklinks, make sure your on-site optimization is proper and you should be pretty much on the safe side.

 

Tweaking of all Google Algos can result in a cosmic shifting of search results ;-) It is no surprise that Caffeine results are somewhat different than the older algo...

 

My site shows improvements in ALL searches with my KW.

Hopefully they will implement the changes SOON.

The biggest difference in caffeine is that page load time is supposed to become a factor in determining your SERP position. That means you should be optimizing your site to load faster for visitors.
