    I've got people with 37 Itraders saying "sold" in my content listings, then disappearing, that's bad enough. This guy is too risky.

    I'm not sure this whole discussion is required anyway. I'm personally not willing to go too low on the rates myself. However, I think the guy has the right to state what he needs/wants/is willing to pay.

    Now, I'm not trying to be in anybody's good books here, coz as I mentioned I'm not going to offer him services anyway. It's more about supporting the freedom for anybody to clearly mention what they want.
