Face book is a global social networking website which is operated and privately owned by Face book, Inc.

Internet marketing (Online Marketing Service) is now considered to be essential in the business world.

Business men seek lot of ways to market their products and services. Face book is one of the ways that business men use. It has become so popular that all of the Online Marketing Services are dependent on face book.

Effective Marketing Tips for Face book:

    • Use Face book Fan Pages to spread all your messages.
    • Groups are oldest and simplest way to build community around your brand or company.
    • Face book has all the tools you need for your products or services to be advertised.
    • Marketplace is Face book’s classifieds listing service, which is one of the main features.
    • Like with messages, spamming up the Marketplace will get your account deleted, so It’s most likely not worth your time to try to evade their systems.
    • Unlike other Face book-developed applications, Marketplace does not get heavily used by most of the members.
    • Beacon is Face book’s new program which allows partners to send Face book information about all the activities. Face book users do on partner websites, in order to be published inside Face book.

Doing marketing job on facebook is not a short term, but long term hard work. You should build your community that will get more crowded people to spread your products or brands.

a tip, facebook prefer ads that lead to your facebook app, group or fanpage, and tend to be cheaper and approve quicker than ads directly to your website or landing page. you can then funnel the traffic from the app/group/fanpage to your site.

Facebook is really a good plateform for advertising and marketing and creating and joining fanpages or groups really works well but it requires time and patience and continuous involvement with intersting and useful posts and comments that attract other members.

Why is there no mention of linking your youtube and facebook account? That way when you post a video on youtube, its also posted on facebook at the same time.

You did not mention adding your blogs RSS feed to your facebook account, why not? So that when you make a new post on your blog, its added to your facebook page.

Facebook groups and fanpages are becoming very popular in terms of marketing and also getting some good traffic to your site as more and more friends you will make and if your group/anpages has large number of members the larger the gain you get by advertising your product and thus more trafffic .

Uhhh, it is Facebook, not Face book, and it is bottom of the barrel when it comes to getting traffic.

"Webmasters" with dead sites say it works.

Do your homework and know what you are talking about first, there, "AJS Promotional Media."
