Looking for cart system that uses paypal, inventory management, and quick add items

I am looking for a shopping cart system that has the following criteria:
1. really easy to use
2. uses paypal
3. manages inventory (just about every item will have quantity of 1)
4. very very easy to add items (as much as hundreds of items will need to be added quickly at a time)
5. easy change of design (so current design can match)

And if magento is the best option I may have to consider a different host because the one I am on does not meet the requirements for the software.

I don't think magento is the best option. You can go with Joomla VM OR OsCommerce system where design integration is easy. Other than that PrestaShop is there but I prefer it only if you have a very large commercial website. It is very advanced.

try Magento..

 

Make use of "wp shopping chart" plugin from wordpress site. I too run the same biz of selling premium wp themes but i dont make use of this plugins as it doesn't suite my wp themes.

So i make use of only PAYPAL button plugin again downloaded from wordpress codex site.

 

I mean in comparison to other sites, who provide web site templates.
