    Try adding this code to the top CSS id tag:

    ...
    #top { }
    #top form { position:absolute; right:0; top:0; }
    #top img { }
    ...

    and then adding the form to the beginning of your HTML code:

    <body>

    <div id="top">
    <form action="search/search.php" method="get">

    <input class="txtBox"type="text" name="query" id="query" size="14" value="" action="include/js_suggest/suggest.php" columns="2" autocomplete="off" delay="1500">
