    Site is new so assume to traffic / Rev, the site is indexed in Google, all articles were written by me.

    - Clean design
    - Adsense monetized
    - Domain registered till Sept 30th 2010
    - 5x keyword targeted articles     (one post is a welcome post, but also includes keywords)
    - High paying niche

    Price: BIN @ $30- STARTING BID @ $1 Reserve @ $20 this should be snapped up quickly, so PM or Reply

    These are called "Permalinks" they convert your normal / ugly / SEO unfriendly wordpress links into .HTML pages and posts to help improve search engine optimization.

    it only changes permalinks in terms of PHP..but not html.

    When configured the way i do it, it does rewrite the .php to .HTML... i have been doing this for years now !!
