    CS-cart. Surprisingly unpopular but an excellent cart with a lot of functionality. Very very very SEO friendly (my pages on this cart get indexed in a day by google right from the beginning)

    Try Big Commerce or Yahoo Store. You'll have to pay a monthly fee but they have some amazing features and have some of the best reviews in the industry. Plus they're SEO friendly.
