PSD banner to html with 6 hyperlink needed

    I just bought a PSD banner 350X 408 to be convert INDEX.HTML for my pending website.

    The hyperlink feature needed as follows:

    1)Top column of logo click will go to www.111.com
    2)Click on XX.com.sg will go to www.XXX.com.sg
    3)Click on 1223.com.sg will go to www.1223.com.sg
    4)Click on 1224.com.sg will go to www.1224.com.sg
    5)Click on 4444.com.sg will go to www.4444.com.sg
    6) Bottom 111.com click will go to www.111.com
