have i been sandboxed

    Ok
    I have a new mini site up

    Its a keyword rich domain name
    The domain/site has recently been crawled and indexed buy google (27. Nov)
    However its not coming up in searches. Which is fine its new
    But according to my serp checker it aint coming up anywhere in the top 1000

    Also and more importantly: I know its indexted because when I type in Site:mydomain.com its there

    its also there when i type in "mydomain.com" but not when I type
    mydomain.com

    this last thing has thrown me a bit
    Does google have something against mini sites
    Should I just wait and see

    I think that if your site is showing up anywhere in google, then you are not sandboxed.

    if your domain appear on site:domain.com, there was not sandbox..

    If your niche is competitive 6 months is probably how long you will spend in the sandbox, if not you could be ranking in weeks.

    another odd thing
    when using firefox's seo plugin it says the home page has 55 Yahoo links and 0 yahoo page links even though its the same page

    i would agree, If you are showing up at all you are not sandboxed. throw up a few hundred backlinks and you will see a world of difference.
