    I think the font color combination is causing a bit of eye-strain. Avoid the gradients on the header. Also, pick one of yellow/blue/green instead of all those florascents together. Instead of pure white fonts you might want to try a little offwhite (#ECECEC like). If you want to keep white, increase the line height. Also, the logo/tagline combo is not properly spaced.

    (I am not an expert on this matter, but just writing what my eyes conveyed :p)

    The coloured boxes at the bottom don't seem to fit with the colour scheme on the top. Don't feel like you need to use your colours all over the place. Black (or actually #333) text on white/off-white is much easier to read. You'll have problems passing accessibility validation with the coloured text you have. Instead of using it all over the place as you did, I'd suggest using it in the large heading text instead.

    The gradient on the botom orange box doesn't work.
