That's a setup fee, even if it's just 99 cents. I was going to give this a try but having incorrect copy like that is a big minus for me.

Unfortunately we are not offering Windows VPS servers as yet due to complicated licensing schemes by MS.
We have two mixes of bandwidth. We use the premium mix (Global Crossing, KPN and TeliaSonera) for metered servers (VPS & Dedicated) and use the regular mix (Hurrican Electric, Tiscali and FiberRing) for our unmetered offerings (Dedicated & Colo). That said, both networks are above par and offer 99.99% network uptime. You may notice of a lag of 10 ms more on the regular mix over the premium bandwidth. However, all bandwidth we mention on our site/offerings are 100% dedicated for your use. The hostnode is connected on a Gigabit line.

interesting, allowing torrent trackers. but then you must know that a tracker needs lot's of bandwidth. do you have extra bandwidth / month?
