on september i reach revenue more than 3k so on october i apply to get merchant rate but there is no response from paypal on november i apply again, no response on december i apply again, they say i did not qualify im just little funny, why so hard to apply merchant rate on paypal, they work like un profesional company anybody have a testimonial about paypal merchant rate?

I did not know there existed a separate facility like merchant rate with Paypal! Does anybody exactly know what is the minimum criteria required to enroll for the same? Regards, RightMan
not 100% sure,but it may the way you receive the money. do you receive 3k+ though shopping cart or "buy now" button? they may not count transfers. do $3000+ a month is sales and you too can save 0.4% off the fee.
u must reach from every revenue at least $3000, any income. finally after long negotiation paypal accept my application, feel tired talking with them every person have different answer, one say i need to wait 90 days, one say u should reapply next month, etc. anybody know why they like that
I think,Paypal is the world number one 3rd class company. So, leave paypal, go to another payment processor.
I agree with your statement but it is hard for any serious merchants to ignore them since their userbase is gigantic. So as long as people still use them, it will always be a good payment processor for any webstore.
