Just adding to my original post.

They said hey no problem we see you owe a few bucks and just send us your card info by fax and it will be no problem. We will close other accounts and you can start fresh. Sounds good right. Well i sent them all the information and she was getting back to me usually within the hour with her emails. Well she said go ahead and setup your new account and it should be fine.

Well within 2 hours of running my account froze. I figured hey no problem I will email her back and she will take care of it. Well now its been 6 emails later and about 1 1/2 weeks have rolled by. NO response. R u kidding me??

    nuttakorn,

your case is not the same from linkpro:

linkpro is having a support problem with AdWords.

He thought that he got banned due his accounts freezes after some hours of use but AdWords guys already told him that he has not been banned from AdWords.

Your case is different from Linkpro, you got explicitly banned from AdWords - they told you this and from my experience is impossible for you to work directly with AdWords again.

Your best choice now is to work with overture.

I have ever advertised with Overture, I have spent a lot of but it not good in ROIs, I have also loss from that because the conversion rates are low and high ppc rates than Google Adwords, I use Google Adwords is return good result than others that why I have to only one way to do is using Google Adwords, Do you have any idea about this, Micromag? Please advise me the way to compromise with them.

They use an advanced algorithm to keep you out from AdWords.

your name, the site you promote, the ISP you use, your credicard info, cookies on your computer and your geoposition info are used against you to known who you are in order to freeze the new accounts you create.

and every time you try to create a new account and they discover you they collect more and more data about you to have more chance to detect you next time you try to create a new account.

Your chances to be in AdWords again are very low - begin to research another possibilities.

Am not sure if this works for adwords but Shoemoney incorporate multiple company and had 5 diffrent adsense account. You can look into that or you can find someone to create an account for you.

I did have similar problem with you. I solved it with using virtual credit card. Just use any address and a new name.

    Comments about SEOHype's link:

    > Why Google Doesn't Tell You Why They Banned You From Adwords?

Why they don't tell you? There are two types of users: those who want and intend to abuse the system and those who don't but don't bother reading the terms to make sure they don't abuse. In the first instance, Google does not want you. That's understandable. Why would I let you in my house if past behavior has shown you will steal my stuff, cause damage or use foul language? Doesn't matter if you gave me lots of money. Your behavior is not acceptable and I don't want you coming here anymore.

In the second, many don't intentionally abuse but do get disapproved ad messages. Yet, they don't understand why and don't read the terms to learn. Those are the "doesn't make sense" and "Google is stupid" crowd. So they continue doing the same thing. Eventually, Google gets tired of ignorant advertisers (I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times) and tells them they are not welcome anymore. It's like if you come to my house and keep touching my priceless Renoir despite my repeating not to do that. After the third time, I'm not going to invite you. If you are not smart enough to read our terms and comply, we don't want you as an advertiser because we are looking out for our users. Those users are your potential customers, so play by the rules and we will all be happy: Google, you and your customers.

Yes, I know Google should tell you exactly what you did to deserve. But the point is, you SHOULD know. They've been telling you all along. You just didn't listen. A bit like my kids sometimes.

My experience with google adwords is that their staff dont know their own TOS and guidelines. So what chance us ?
We had our account banned in October. This after talking to 4 different google representatives from July - September, following their guidelines very closely, having our website manually reviewed and approved by the "specialist" team twice. Being told by 2 different staff members that the TOS violation warnings we had received were "system errors" and to ignore them. Since our account closure I have even been advised by google adwords staff to try opening a new account ( even though the TOS says that this is not possible and our cc has been blocked by Google)

I also have had an account banned for reasons unknown. It may be easy for you to sit on your high horse and pass judgment, but many of us did not intend on promoting bad sites. There are thousands of affiliates who are not being held liable for purchased content on others' sites. Tell me then, before promoting a clickbank product on adwords, should I have purchased the product, and used it for a month? The fact remains that I didn't break into your house and steal. It's more like I gave you directions to a store and it got robbed while you were there.

I have heard of this problem before, but once you're kicked off all you can do is contact them and plea against it! The Nig G has spoken!!

Linkpro - what sort of budgets are you dealing with in your AdWords campaign and what sort of prices are you willing to pay for management? We don't charge much at all, but are very, very experienced and are an AdWords Qualified Company.

    Pm me if you need.

    All the best,

    M

I know people don't intend to do things against the TOS. But that's just my point that I see over and over. Advertisers not getting informed and when they get banned, they are surprised. This despite telling them. I think you missed the point of my analogy. Check this forum. I tell people why they get a QS of 1 and I'm told I don't know what I'm talking about and ignore my warnings. So they continue but I don't want to coming crying to me when they finally get banned.

I'm providing information, some think it's valuable information. I'm trying to help with the best of my abilities and knowledge. But I tell it like it is. If that makes me a hypocrite in some people's minds, so be it.
