Too long title/meta tags is a favourite with new SEO. I would also add - too much emphasis on small things rather than serious link building.
11) - Imagine a website that's related to some problem. Say it's a mathematical problem, a method to solve differential equations for example. Most likely it's going to be a static website with pages that cannot be created in hundreds overnight. 12) - As above, some problems don't need further explanations and solutions. They're already solved. 15) - Valid or invalid, it doesn't matter in 80% of cases. 16) - Basically, you mentioned this twice (see 1) Choosing wrong keywords for your website.) 17) - You don't need to play with alt attributes. Google now uses page's content to determine what's the image about; not only the alt attribute. 20) - You don't need a perfectly looking website if offered information are 100% unique and valuable for a spectrum of visitors.
Oh Please... Seo is an ongoing process that must be permanent and consistent, if you stop promoting your site then google will stop promoting you... if no one clicks on your website in the SERPS then you will drop in SERPS, if people only stay on your site for a few seconds (high bounce rate) you will drop in the serps.. this is totally false and if you pay someone to adjust your onpage stuff and build a few link you will drop out of the rankings very quickly (esp if it is a highly competitive niche) your list is full of inaccurate/ incomplete information and a nebie would be well advised not to take it as gospel... eg Duplicate content... where are you refering to duplicate content, if it is duplicate on your own site then yes you may be filtered out of the results, if it is duplicate from another site it will not impact you having a site map on your site can actually harm your rankings and you are far better to let google discover your site naturally.. if you need to have a sitemap clearly you are not participating in the coversation anywhere else on the web. i have never heard of a 301 perm redirect harming anyone..?? the domain name does not need to be user firendly, this is totally false and you domain name will not harm your seo. a good keyword rich domain can help a tiny amount, but not much... cutting images into small parts / slicing... sorry this is not a seo technique, and why do you need such a huge image, clearly you needed to pad out your services some how... clear navigation is not related to seo, but conversion and user friendlieness if people cannot find what they are looking for they will leave your site.
Nice list. I do think adding fresh content is more important then many people think. Even changing small aspects of a page on a weekly basis seems to encourage Google to rank the page higher....it is at least spidering the page regularly.
7_ Use of javascript is not by itself a banal factor. Its when links are obscured by the use of javascript then it becomes a problem. Also per point 17, you need to use proper keywords in the alt and title attributes of the IMG tags. Per point 19, you should be using clearly defined css navigation menus rather than complicated dynamic html/javascript menus so the search engine will find it easy to index the page.
12) Don’t adding fresh Content to your website. Hello Friend, We should update our content because if search engine finds something new then it comes.
