Buying Looking for a SEO/SEM Expert to add to our team for ongoing work

We are currently looking to add an expert in SEO/SEM to our team. This is for a long term ongoing position.

This person would be responsible for creating and implementing a SEO/SEM plan for a given site.

This person will be responsible for completing an analysis of the site in terms of where it sits currently with SEO and rankings and then producing a report detailing the plan to improve the rankings.

We are looking for someone that has extensive SEO/ SEM and Internet Marketing Experience.

All work must be White Hat only – NO BLACK HAT SEO ALLOWED!

The perfect candidate will have excellent communication and written skills and will be very organized.

We are open to all of the suggestions the candidate provides for improving the sites position. The following are tasks that we feel may be required to be completed for each site:
• Installation/Reporting from Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools
• Writing an Implementation Plan that covers what is recommended
• Keyword research
• Complete a competitive analysis and provide a report of findings
• Provide weekly reports detailing all work performed with links and results
• Build relevant links
• Perform on-site optimization for more traffic and higher conversions
• Correctly submit sites to the best topic - and theme - related directories and industry authority sites
• Create and distribute articles and news releases
• Create Squidoo Lenses
• Create HubPages
• Create Videos from articles (software will be provided)
• Comment on Relevant Blogs
• Social Book marking
• Target Local Search
• Customer Review Submission

Desired Skills:
• SEO
• SEM
• Link Building
• Social Network Management (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Etc)
• Article Writing
• Project Management Skills

All work will need to be tracked and submitted. A detailed report of results is also expected at the end of each week with a report completed monthly showing the progress and improvement in ranking.

Please provide the following:
• Samples of your writing
• Any of your credentials/certifications
• References
• Any Case Studies that show how you helped a client move up in rankings
• A description of your approach to SEO
• Your expected monthly compensation for the monthly creation/implementation of the SEO/SEM plan for each site you are assigned
You will be compensated a flat rate per month per site.

 

I would be interested in speaking to you further, as we are perfectly setup to provide this service for you, with a potentially unlimited number of sites. I would need to know what kind of budget you're looking at per month, per site, or need to know more regarding the goals for the results, and the details of each individual site... The amount of work it takes to yield a certain level of results will vary according to many factors. I would want to make sure there is a clear understanding of everything that's going on, and what it will take to ensure more than satisfactory results. Perhaps you'd like to arrange a real time meeting online?
