I love Christmas Pudding - those little ones you can cook in the microwave were made for people like me in mind. I have a problem with them. Do you share this passion?

What do you like with your Christmas Pudding? Custard, cream, brandy butter, all three? Discussing it like this is doing me no good whatsoever - I need to go out and score one or two or seven... Did you know you can live on them - there is no need for any other food when you've a cupboard full of the little beauties...

You cannot beat a 'mature' Christmas pudding with plenty of custard the older the pudding the better,no one on the planet can make a pudding like my late granmother she never use to measure anything just throw it all in a bowl and everytime the perfect pudding came out.

Now that would get some traffic on YouTube. How do they do that?

Sad to say I don't have a recipe. I leave it to my Mom or buy the luxury type. It is a tradition to spoon over warm brandy and ignite it - it adds yet more flavour to the dried fruit - sultanas, raisins, cherries it contains - you really must try it with custard and double cream it will blow you away!

I actually hate Christmas pudding, it makes me sick. However my Dad insists on having one every Christmas.
