Please guide [Paypal]

    I am earning 250-400 dollars every month because of online advertising .. the earned money is in Paypal account

    Do i need to pay taxes on that ? I reside in india ?

    if yes , what if i open account in my mom's name as she is not a salaried person like me

    Please guide

    You will have to pay tax once your full income of 1 year crosses Rs.1.6 lacs ! :)
    If its below that amount then you don't need to do anything.
    But most of the people don't pay taxes for what they earn from freelancing/

    Income tax would be applicable in all countries, you cant escape it

    Yes,As long as you still use paypal,you must pay taxes.....also,if you move to dubai permanently, you must close the old one,then open a new account..
