IMO paris is great.

 

Hey dear I think you should visit Gangtok and Darjeeling this year. as last year I visited those places last year and it was an amazing experience.I saw snow fall for the first time .you will really love it.

Finland is a nice place. Just getting very dark during winter. But days at summer are very long.

I lobe India & i think even the best place is India. You can see different weather after every 3 months. Every season is in India. Even there is 100% freedom in India.
